Freelance Architectural Designer

We are an award winning architectural practice, focusing on client tailored, bespoke design, with many years experience in residential, interior, retail and design. Our portfolio includes small, and large scale public projects - ranging from community libraries/bookshops, a school chapel, to the London 2012 Olympics.

We are committed to forging and maintaining a close working relationship with our clients, this way becoming best equipped to understand and fulfil their vision. Our design work is catered to our clients, and our professional knowledge and experience is available at every step of the projects we work on.

Our range of work includes: site surveys, planning applications, heritage and conservation issues, building control, tender packaging exhibitions and publications, etc.

Shortlisted entry for the RIBA Forgotten Spaces Competition
South London Residence
The transformation of a small 1 bed house into a large 3 bed family house with plenty of light, functional internal space and great rear access.
Regents Park Ground Floor Flat
Design of an extension to a ground floor flat in the Regents Park Conservation area, to accommodate ample living and studio space for the couple living and working in the property.
Retirement Housing
Design for a retirement housing complex in Bishops Waltham. The design is planned in relation to the town centre, meets UK space standards and is intended to be built at low cost but high environmental performance
Chelsa Bookshop
Interior design and build of a Design Bookshop in Chelsa, London. We designed the interior transformation and lead the building works from choosing the materials, to designing and making the joinery, to the completion of the building work.
London School Chapel Design and Build
Design for a Garden Chapel for a South London School. Going on site in June. The chapel is designed with low cost in mind as well as ease of construction, and we are working on a tight time frame. More details to follow as project develops.
Cultural event for the Olympics
Installator type event in London as part of the Cultural Olympics. The objects were designed and built to a fine finish as a cross between sound object and street furniture. They were used as a means of recording the city, observing it and interacting with the regular patterns of behaviour in the urban environment.
London Family Residence
London family residence. Rear extension of the property creating a large open plan family room which opens onto the newly reconfugured and landscaped garden.From the house there is a mosaic pebbled patio area which steps up into the garden proper. The parking is shielded from the outdoor family space with perennial shrubs. The access to the street is limited from the rear to rotect the childre and give the sense of an oasis to the garden.
