Government agencies, departments and public sector bodies that assist with the smooth-running of small businesses are assembling under one roof for a giant open day.
The event is billed as a must-attend for anyone looking for advice about tax, intellectual property, health and safety, regulations, the environment or business expansion.
Attending will be officials from HM Revenue & Customs, Business Link, the Environment Agency, the UK Intellectual Property Office and Create, an advisor on routes to self-employment.
But the UK-wide event, which arrives in Croydon next month, also gives a platform to local business groups that are directly familiar with your company’s location and client catchment area.
The event is hailed as “the biggest government business support road show, designed to providing free information and support to businesses.”
It will stop at Bristol, Telford, Hull and Sheffield, among
other locations.
