Fashion designers have solved the age-old problem of a ‘builder’s bum’ by unveiling a new pair of ‘stay in place’ cotton pants.
The new range of underwear in Jockey’s 3D Innovations range cost £10 each and took a whopping three years to develop, The Sun reported.
Bosses at the company believe the innovation, which has been scanned to incorporate over 6,000 body shapes, will guarantee fewer sightings of people’s bottoms.
Four different styles of the cotton pants are available for both men and women, including boxers and bikini briefs.
Containing “ground-breaking technology,” each pair offers 8-way stretch capabilities, enabling the wearer’s body to enjoy “support without restriction.”
A spokesman for Jockey, which was founded by a man who wanted to help lumberjacks suffering from blisters caused by shoddy wool socks, reportedly said the innovation would reshape society.
“The builder’s bum is going to be a thing of the past,” he said.
